Cornel Omondi's inspiring journey began when he enrolled in the program and registered at the Ombeyi Ministry Care Point on November 30, 2012, at the young age of 8. Growing up in a challenging environment, Cornel lived with hisowed mother and five siblings, who struggled to make ends meet. As the sole breadwinner of the family, his mother faced the daunting task of providing for two children already in high school while also ensuring that her younger children in primary school received an education and had enough food to eat. Unfortunately, this left Cornel with limited access to basic necessities, including proper clothing, and he often felt lost, attending church without knowing how to pray or read Bible. However, with the unwavering support of the program, Cornel's life took a transformative turn. He successfully completed both his primary and secondary education, earning the necessary certificates that would open doors to future opportunities. Not only did the program help him academically, but it also nurtured his passion for driving. After finishing his education, Cornel was enrolled in a driving school, where he dedicated himself to mastering the skills needed become a competent driver. His hard work paid off, and he proudly obtained a valid Class B license for light vehicles, laying the foundation for a bright and promising future ahead.
